EBE’s Big Ric & Vegas provided some very amusing entertainment including the bridal party!

Elizabeth & Justin, Glen Foerd Mansion, July 19, 2010

Elizabeth & Justin met while they attended Princeton University where they graduated in 2007. Right after their four year dating anniversary, Justin proposed! Nuptials on June 19th, 2010 at Glen Ford Mansion.

Both Elizabeth & Justin got ready at the Hyatt at Penn’s Landing which offers spacious rooms for bridal party preparation. Shoes by Manolo Blahnik, ring by Safian & Rudolph, gown by Lazaro.

Jill Kozar, owner of Up Your Do created an asymmetrical loose bun for the bride. Cindy Singer, owner of Dylan Michael Cosmetics, was in charge of the cosmetics. Awesome job by both Cindy & Jill!

Kidnap victim? Nope, Justin and Elizabeth rode the same bus to Glen Foerd Mansion…and Justin was blindfolded until the couple first saw each other.

Elizabeth & Justin explain why they chose Glen Foerd Mansion.

We just knew that a “big ballroom” wedding was not our style. We preferred a more intimate event, with the flow and atmosphere that a mansion setting could offer. Glen Foerd Mansion, located on the Philadelphia & Bucks County border, had everything we wanted! Justin loves being near water, and the Mansion sits on the Delaware River, which offers a beautiful outdoor setting and also an awesome atrium for dancing. Glen Foerd also had a reasonable back-up plan in case of rain. I have already eaten Conroy Catering’s food twice, so I knew it was delicious. Food is very important to us, both being Italian, and we enjoy going out to nice dinners and cooking elaborate meals together.

Reverend Peter McGuiness officiated Elizabeth & Justin’s outdoor nuptials at Glen Foerd Mansion in Philadelphia.

Linda & Geoff, Aldie Mansion

Lauren & Chris, Old St. Joe’s, McDonald’s Restaurant, Cescaphe Ballroom

Lauren & Chris married at Philadelphia’s Old St. Joe’s on June 11th, 2010. Reception at Cescaphe Ballroom. We had a quick stop for a burger and fries at McDonald’s on Broad at Arch.

Lauren & Chris say this:

I cannot tell you how incredibly pleased Chris and I were with the service provided by you and Laurie. We just loved having you as part of our day! And, we haven’t even seen a photo yet!!! I KNOW we’ll be so happy with everything. We truly, truly appreciate your professionalism, courtesy to us and our families, and attention to detail. I have to say that I have been in and to weddings with some interesting photographers/videographers who were either too pushy or unavailable, but you and Laurie both were so wonderful throughout the whole event. From thirty seconds after opening the door to the end of our time together, you were so fantastic an enthusiastic about our wedding. I can’t imagine the day without you!

UPDATE 9/7/10-Just wanted to let you know that we received our wedding album upon arriving to our new home…everything looks wonderful! Lee is an architect, and if you follow my blog, you know how I frequently incorporate architecture in my portraiture…Two days after their wedding, Bride magazine contacted me requesting an image featuring an interesting Philadelphia location — I thought the above photo would fit their request, so this may be published in the upcoming Bride Philadelphia edition. The bridesmaid dresses match the Cleopatra banner.

Lee and Brian held their nuptials at St. Matthias Catholic Church in Bala Cynwyd. A church with, you guessed it…particularly nice architecture. I appreciate the relatively low ceiling.

Krystin & Keith, Radnor Hunt Club

Krystin & Keith married on May 22, 2010 at the Radnor Hunt Club in Malvern. It poured rain as we drove on 476 to the location…it slowly cleared up and Krystin & Keith had the outdoor ceremony they had planned!

Krystin came up with a fun idea of hanging ornamental spheres from the beautiful tree under which they exchanged their vows.
